Along with the "Mug for Members", presented at the January 2024 meeting, the April stamp fair saw the unveiling of  The Kettering Stamp & Philatelic Society Silver Jubilee Booklet. This has been produced to celebrate our 25 years of running as an independent society. The booklet outlines the history behind the formation of the Society and how it developed as well as prominent figures, events and activities that occur regularly. Finally there are articles written by members on their own philatelic interests.

Our Logo.

In 1998 the inaugurating committee for the  formation of the Kettering Stamp and Philatelic Society ran a "Design a Logo" competition. This was won by Miss Katie Cory, then aged 13 years. Her painting of the design was then replicated as a rubber stamp to be used on society stationery at its inception. At the end of 1999 with the "KSPS" fully operational the logo design was refined to its current form. For her effort Katie became member No.1.

The design of rubber stamp impression is shown.
